Rungis in the limelight at Brasseries FLO
From 4 July to 31 August 2008, the Brasseries FLO are highlighting their Rungis suppliers around 11 delicious culinary creations (starters, main dishes, desserts) bursting with colours and savours.
Christened "The Market Table", this event will be backed by strong communication:
- Press launch of the operation on 19 June, with a cooking lesson and presentation its procurement organization from the MIN by Convergence Achats.
- Posters and specific menus on the tables in the 14 brasseries (representing 12,000/day, on average).
- 500 books "Rungis – the greatest market in the world" handed out by restaurant managers to their best clients.
- Article and back cover in the Brasseries FLO magazine printed in 120,000 copies with 65,000 inserted in the magazine Figaroscope.
