The price of fruit and vegetables

The second Entretiens de Rungis symposium was held at Espace Rungis on 25 September 2007 under the presidency of Mr Luc Chatel, secretary of state for Consumption and Tourism from the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Employment. The theme of this second conference was the price of fruit, vegetables and fish.

Survey of current management practices in catering

The first Entretiens de Rungis symposium was held at Espace Rungis on 8 June 2006 under the presidency of Mr Renaud Dutreil, Minister of Small and Medium Entreprises, Trade, Crafts and the Professions. The theme of this first conference initiated by Mr Marc Spielrein, Chairman and CEO of Rungis International Market and Mr Christian Petitcolas, from the French Ministry of Education was: Survey of current management practices in commercial catering.
