Lettings Department
The principal mission of the Lettigns Department at Semamris is to rent all Market premises. To that end, it is the principal contact for company managing directors who want to expand or reduce their space, move or sell their business. It also contacts companies located outside the Market to persuade them to set up at Rungis.
The rental premises cover 847,846 m² and concern the following types of property :
- Wholesale units in the pavillions, on both sides of a buyers walk
- Warehouses
- Offices
- Other premises (restaurants, banks, etc.)
By attracting new companies, the Market aims at expanding and enlarging the product and service offer and creating synergies between the companies already established on the market.
The Lettings Department manages the entire administrative centre (relations with tenants, works supervision, etc.)
It deals with all the property issues relating to the Market and adjacent grounds (particularly the Sénia zone)
