As a rule, our offer only consists of products from small, cottage farm producers who have an original range of regional products with a lot of character, suiting our customers. It really is a pleasure to sell those products because we have kept the "spirit of a small producer". Our flagship products are the cheeses from Auvergne, mostly Cantal. Our customers are cheese retailers from shops or markets (80%), importers (15%) and high-end restaurants (5%).
